SALON POLICIES

Please Read Our Salon Policies Before Booking:

  • To reserve an appointment, a deposit fee is required. All deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of your payment will be due at the time of your appointment by Cash, Debit or Credit Card.

  • Please do not bring any guests or children to your appointment

  • Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE please provide us with a 24- hour notice. If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or MORE of your scheduled appointment time your deposit is transferable to a new rescheduled date only once.

  • If you cancel or would like to reschedule LESS than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time OR you do not show to your appointment at all your deposit is NOT transferable or refundable and your card on file will be charged the remaining balance.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will NOT be refunded and your card on file will be charged the remaining balance.

  • All No Call No Shows Will Be Banned And Unable To Book Any Services In The Future

  • There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our policy INCLUDING COVID related issues. Please do not ask the salon to make exceptions regarding the cancellation/rescheduling policy as our staff is unable to.

  • No refunds on any services provided.

  • If you DO NOT agree with our policies please consider booking at another salon
