Brow Aftercare

 Please follow these instructions to ensure proper healing and color retention. 
STEP 1:
  • IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU GET HOME clean very gently with an unscented antibacterial soap & water. Dab the area dry with a clean cotton or paper towel and apply a very thin layer of the aftercare ointment, the size of half a rice grain. Avoid getting the area wet for an additional 30 days other than the normal required post-care cleansing process and showering.

STEP 2:
  • FOR THE FOLLOWING 7 DAYS, REPEAT STEP 1, 2X TIMES A DAY.

  • IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS maintain regular facial hygiene, DO NOT use an exfoliator. Absolutely no skincare or makeup on the forehead and brow area.

Please AVOID for the NEXT 14 DAYS
  • Picking, peeling, scratching, of the brow area

  • ALL skincare products (except the post-treatment care) on the forehead and brow area

  • ALL makeup on the forehead and brow area

  • ALL gym activities

  • ALL activities that involve excess sweating (hot showers, hot or dry sauna, pools, jacuzzi)

  • Sunbathing and tanning beds

  • Facials of any kind

  • Tweezing/waxing/threading of the brows

 

Please AVOID in the NEXT 30 DAYS​
  • Sunbathing

  • Light therapies

  • Chemical Peels and Laser Peels

  • Creams containing Retin A, Glycolic Acids or Renova

  • Fruit Acids

  • ​Antibiotics (can lead to faster pigment fading)

  • Hormonal Therapy (can lead to faster pigment fading)
